Rubber mold is core tooling for rubber product vulcanization. It works with plate vulcanizing machines and vacuum hot presses. The rubber compound mixed by mixing mill is loaded into mold cavities. Under high temperature and pressure, rubber is vulcanized to produce O-rings, oil seals, gaskets and other rubber parts in one molding cycle.
