The vacuum hot press is core equipment for forming and processing polymer materials. It is used for hot-press vulcanization and compression molding of rubber, silicone, composite materials, resin and insulating materials under vacuum conditions. Heating and pressurizing are carried out in a sealed vacuum chamber. Air inside the mold cavity can be quickly extracted to eliminate defects such as air bubbles, material shortage, porosity and delamination, greatly improving the density, flatness and surface quality of finished products.

This machine adopts a high-precision hydraulic system with stable and adjustable pressure output, high pressure control accuracy and long pressure holding time. The upper and lower heating plates are made of high-quality mold steel with precision machining and heat treatment. The plates have uniform temperature distribution and support sectional temperature control with controllable heating rate to meet vulcanization and curing requirements of various materials. Equipped with a high-performance vacuum pump, the vacuum system features fast pumping speed and high ultimate vacuum, which effectively restrains oxidation of materials at high temperature and prevents discoloration of product surface.

The whole machine is fitted with multi-protection devices including independent temperature control module, pressure acquisition module, travel limit, emergency stop and safety guard door. The HMI touch panel is user-friendly. Process parameters (pressure, temperature, time, vacuum degree) can be saved and recalled for formula management and production traceability. The frame adopts thick steel plate welding structure with high rigidity and small deformation, ensuring stable operation under long-term high-pressure working conditions.
